PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENTS


When parts are submitted for processing, there are specification and quality system requirements that apply to purchase orders for these services.  In order to satisfy these requirements, all purchase orders written to Freedom Metal Finishing that require certification must meet the minimum requirements listed below:

Purchase order number

OEM Part number and name and Customer part number and name, if applicable

Drawing revision level (provide drawing) and any supplements, if applicable

4

Quantity

5

Statement of work scope

6

Special instructions affecting the purchase order/Special provisions taking exception to requirements

7

Export Control (ITAR, EAR, etc.) restrictions applicable to this order

8

Process specifications including: type, class, revision level, and any specific supplementary requirements

9

Coating Material specifications including: type, class, revision level, and any specific supplementary requirements

10

Base material, alloy identification

11

Substantiation requirements

12

Part classification for change control

13

OEM Manufacturer and Source Control Design Owner, if applicable

14

OEM, Overhaul/Repair, or After Market

15

Approvals required to be held by supplier (Nadcap, AS9100, etc.)

16

Purchasing representative with contact information

17

Quality representative with contact information

18

Requirements for shipping

19

Applicable Certifications or other data required
